You agree that we may contact you using the contact information you provide. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting hello@actonacademynb.com.

Submission of a form does not create any contractual relationship between you and Acton Academy North Broward. Enrollment in any of our programs is governed by a separate enrollment agreement signed at the time of admission.

SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number through a form on this Site, you consent to receive text messages from Acton Academy North Broward about our programs, events, and enrollment. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
